Free Professional Development Resources
NAN Online Learning Academy
NAN members have free access to the Online Learning Academy (OLA) where you can find courses that correspond with each of the Nevada OST Program Quality Categories. You can build your own learning library and complete courses at your own pace! New content is added regularly, so check back often to add new courses to your list. Courses in the OLA can be used to apply for your Out-of-School Time Professional Pathways Certification.
Out-of-School Time Professional Pathways Certification
In support of Nevada’s OST field, the Nevada Afterschool Network introduces the Out-of-School Time Professional Pathways Certification (OSTPPC), designed to acknowledge the education, experience, skills, and talents of OST program staff, with a focus on enhancing program quality and promoting ongoing education.
